Peter is honoured to be nominated for the award of Local Food Hero.
He has been passionate about providing highest quality Irish rare breed Dexter beef to our customers, straight from his farm. Always free range and all natural.
He has also promoted local markets both physical and online, local producer demonstrations and mini petting areas for kids.
Peter was also thrilled to be chosen as part of Aras an Uachtaráins biodiversity programme which involved moving some Dexter cattle to the Aras over the past year.

Donabate Dexter has grown to now supply several restaurants nationally, online sales with nationwide delivery, local butcher stall and local delivery.
All of us here are delighted for Peter and wish him the best of luck! 🤞
